We name the parties involved so you can verify the details. The data centers are operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, and the TLS certificates come from Let’s Encrypt.
Questions about operations
Can I host ZepDesk myself?
Not as a rule: ZepDesk is designed as a managed cloud, so updates, backups, and security stay with us. For different requirements, ERP in a Box is available as a separate offering.
What happens during an outage?
Outages and maintenance are posted on the system status page with time and impact. We also notify the administrative roles of critical incidents by email.
How do I get my data?
Through the data export in your account: entries, receipts, and master data as CSV and PDF, plus the DATEV export for your tax firm. Even after cancellation.
